1. Get UP- don’t hit the snooze button.
Getting up on the first alarm is important because it shortens the time you spend in bed dreading the day. Yes, you could sleep 10 more minutes, but then you would want 10 more. Eliminate the dread and desire for more of what you can’t have and get up.
